Help Desk Dispatcher (Shifting Schedule)

Searching for a Dispatch Coordinator, responsible for managing incoming tickets for break/fix support and various other projects for multiple clients. Resource will accept incoming tickets, assign tickets to the appropriate resource, and coordinate technicians through a ticketing system, manage ticket through closure and communicate frequently with technicians, team members, and management.


Coordinator will accept and route incoming problem tickets, dispatch and coordinate on-site technicians, maintain ownership of problem tickets through completion and follow-up in multiple ticketing systems.  Will also provide stellar customer service to both internal and external customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Exceptional experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Basic IT knowledge and interest
  • Desktop and printer knowledge area plus
  • Ability multi-task – will need to coordinate activity from multiple sites simultaneously
  • Call center experience is helpful
