Customer Care Representative (Rotating Shift)

A Customer Care Representative (CCR) is responsible for handling customers and provides high level of satisfaction in sales transactions. The CCR will pursue opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products to clients and customers of PCM.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
  • No BPO/Call Center experience is needed but is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Candidates with Inbound and/or Outbound sales experience is definitely a plus
  • We need candidates who are familiar with basic computer operations.
  • Has strong interpersonal skills and ability to think independently and follow through effectively.
  • We need candidates who are dependable, keen on details and have strong customer service orientation.
  • We are looking for candidates amenable to graveyard and shifting schedule.
  • Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in EDSA Central, Mandaluyong.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction in all sales transactions.
  • Consistently meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales activity goals by utilizing sound telephone based selling approaches.
  • Closes prospective customers using working knowledge of the company’s product line.
  • Identifies opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell customers.
  • Handles inquiries with regard to product, pricing order expediting, customer relations and complaints.
  • Handle all incoming phone calls with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to offer products.
  • Ability to multi-task and to solve customer problems, take orders and answer inquiries while completing other assigned tasks.
  • Responsible for handling and resolving customer inquiries accurately timely.
  • Ability to learn order processing system regarding all aspects of order entry, order inquiry, customer, customer cross-reference, and any other functions necessary to perform daily tasks.
  • Understands shipping instructions and comprehends distribution center processes.
