Bid Desk Assistant

Graduates of any business course (Batch 2013) are encourage to apply.

Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or College Degree , Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent.
  • PCM experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good problem solving skills
  • Good math skills
  • Ability to prioritize a list of 15 to 20 activities
  • Amenable to work on night shift.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the sales organization by executing program based empowerment programs offered by vendor partners.
  • Respond and support via SRC tool and assigned project SLA.
  • Transference of Special Price requests to purchasing and post follow up response to originating SRC Bid Desk request for Special price.
  • Assigned to a Tier 1 Vendor
  • Responsible for programs start to finish, including month end commission reporting
  • Responsible for MRC tracking and recording
  • Record and communicate back end funding programs via SRC
  • Work with list of 4 to 6 vendor partners to execute pricing programs
  • Follow-up on approved SRC
  • Reporting to Sales Reporting for commission adjustments and vendor claims
  • Linking of Special price requests
  • Recording of activities and monthly reporting
