Back Office - Sales Admin for Pooling
Manage key administrative and operational tasks of Senior Account Executive of the Business Development Division
Receive, edit and process incoming customer orders or generate quotes on the Order Management System in a timely manner
Maintain accurate customer accounts in Client Relationship Management System
Prepare, generate and distribute required reports, including backorder reports.
Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or Bachelor's / College Degree in any field.
At least one year of working experience in the related field is required
Preferably with call center background
Relevant work experience for the position applied for is advantageous
Willing to work on a Night Shift Schedule.
Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant resident status
Exposure to sales of technology products a definite advantage
Excellent communication skills
Adept knowledge in Order management, Client Relationship Management and Online Case management Systems
Proficient use in Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook, and internet savvy
Capable of multi-tasking in a progressive fast pace environment
Ability to work, handle details accurately and follow up with minimum supervision
