Affiliate Merchandiser (for Pooling)

Create links, banners, ads, promotional offers at Commission Junction
Create newsletters geared towards general and specific requirements of affiliates
Determine and recruit appropriate affiliates.
Develop an understanding for each affiliates' customer database and merchandise corresponding products that fit their customer segments' needs.
Audit affiliate sites and determine how our promotional offers match up against competition.
Communicate with affiliates in a timely manner

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of basic HTML
Working knowledge of basic Photoshop
Above average Microsoft Office and Internet skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Creative/Advertising background a PLUS
Full-Time position available.
Amenable to work on night shift.
