Executive Team

Frank F. Khulusi, Chairman, CEO & President - PCM, Inc. Co-founder of PCM, Inc., Mr. Khulusi has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception in 1987. He also served as President until July 1999 and resumed the office of President in March 2001. Mr. Khulusi attended the University of Southern California.

Brandon H. LaVerne, Chief Financial Officer - PCM, Inc. Mr. LaVerne was appointed as Chief Financial Officer by the Board of Directors effective July 2008. Mr. LaVerne previously served as Interim Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer of the Company since June 2007, and will continue to serve as the Company's principal financial and accounting officer. Prior to his appointment, Mr. LaVerne served as Vice President and Controller and has been with the company since October 1998. Prior to joining the company, Mr. LaVerne worked for Computer Sciences Corporation, and started his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. LaVerne received his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Simon M. Abuyounes, President – PCM Logistics, LLC Mr. Abuyounes was appointed as President of AF Services in June 2005. Prior to his appointment, Mr. Abuyounes has served as Senior Vice President of Operations since July 1998 and Vice President of Internet Engineering from May 1996 until July 1998. Mr. Abuyounes served as Director of Distribution from June of 1995 until May 1996. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Abuyounes has held various Engineering/managerial positions with over 10 years of experience in Engineering and management responsibilities. He is a graduate of Ohio State University with a M.S. degree in Engineering.

Robert I. Newton, General Counsel - PCM, Inc. Mr. Newton joined the company in June 2004 as and currently serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. Newton was Of Counsel in the corporate practice group of Morrison & Foerster LLP from February 2000 until joining PCM, Inc. Prior to his employment at Morrison & Foerster LLP, Mr. Newton was a partner in the corporate practice group of McDermott, Will & Emery LLP. Mr. Newton received a B.B.A., with highest honors, and a J.D., with honors, from the University of Texas at Austin.

Joseph B. Hayek, President – PCM SARCOM, Inc. Mr. Hayek was appointed as President of PCM SARCOM, Inc effective July 1, 2012. Mr. Hayek previously served as Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Investor Relations from March 2008 when he joined the company through June 2012. From August of 2000 to March 2008, Mr. Hayek worked in corporate finance at Raymond James & Associates, an investment banking firm, where he most recently served as a Senior Vice President and headed the firm’s Supply Chain Technologies Practice. Before joining Raymond James, Mr. Hayek was an investment banker in the technology group at Wachovia Securities. Mr. Hayek also worked for the Eastman Kodak Company. Mr. Hayek holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a B.S. in Business from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
